So, you can't get along to a class? These online classes will be perfect for you. Each week of the 5 week block will focus on a different style of Yoga with some classes offering long meditations, some being more of a workout and others in between the two. A recording of each class will be available for the week, ideal for those who miss a session, or if you just want to top up your fix of the good stuff!
When practised regularly, Yoga can increase flexibility and strength, bring energy into the body, lower blood pressure, improve concentration and focus, reduce stress and calm the mind.
Are You A Beginner?
Welcome to Yoga! Before attending your first online class, we recommend you have a look at our Beginner's pre-recorded Video Series which will cover some of the basic alignment principles along with the props you will need. Beginners are more than welcome in these classes, modifications are always offered if you are as stiff as a piece of dry driftwood, or have any existing injuries.
