The benefits of Yoga come from a regular, consistent practice. By structuring sessions in a term format, my goal is to get commitment from YOU - commitment to show up consistently so you gain the maximum benefit that your body and mind deserve so much.
If you miss a class, you may attend an alternative class during that term (make up class). You can have a maximum of 2 make up classes per term. Through regular movement and focused breathing, your motivation for life improves. When you commit to a regular weekly yoga practice, you will become stronger, healthier, more energised and feel more balanced in both body and mind. The more you practice, the more you WANT to practice. It's kind of addictive. This is what I truly want for you and I am here to support and encourage you all the way. So consider this term format an incentive for you to create new habits and reach new goals - and enjoy all the goodness that will follow. As a bloke you could be put off from attempting yoga as a quick search of the internet will show you images of someone doing a pose which makes you ache from just looking at it! Honestly, it doesn’t have to be like that to get the benefits of a Yoga practice.
Yoga at YogaJak is specifically focused on men's bodies. We keep it simple with easy to understand instructions. The practice is designed for men and taught by men. The benefits from yoga come from a regular, consistent practice. Suitable for beginners but all levels welcome. |
