Beginner's Yoga for Men Studio Classes

These Yoga sessions take you through the classic poses and how they can help you physically and mentally in your daily life. You will also learn breathing and meditation techniques. When practiced regularly, Yoga can increase flexibility and strength, bring energy into the body, lower blood pressure, improve concentration and focus, reduce stress and calm the mind.
I'll guide you through the basics; observe and assist when needed and can work around each individual student’s limitations. You'll get my full support and I'll help you modify poses if you are working any past injuries.
