GENERAL TO INTERMEDIATE
​A strong practice which builds up the heat and intensity. We flow through postures and sequences linking movement with breath, improving cardio vascular fitness, stamina and endurance.

This Vinyasa style weaves between postures that will physically and mentally challenge you and poses that allow your body to release tension and find stillness. You will use your breath and other techniques to keep calm and focused during this challenging class.. Taking these skills off the mat and using them in your daily life is one of the greatest benefits Yoga can give you.
