Beginner's Yoga For Men
Blokes are often put off from attempting yoga as a quick search of the internet will show you images of someone doing a pose which makes you ache from just looking at it! Trust me, it doesn’t have to be like that to get the benefits of a yoga practice.
Learning basic functional movements forms the foundation from where your strength, flexibility and knowledge increases. With regular practice, you can then move onto more challenging poses that are suitable for you and your own body.
These workshops focus on individual postures, correct alignment, breathing techniques and an introduction to meditation.
You will also get to have a little sleep at the end (it’s not really a sleep its called Savasana but more on that in class).
