Movement & Meditation for Men
This class encourages mindful movement and gentle transitions from one pose to another. We keep the mind in the present by focusing on the breath and being aware of sensations in the body as we move and breathe. This prepares us for stillness and meditation.
Movement on its own is nourishing, but combined with meditation we are able to explore and deepen our practice of Yoga. These sessions include a guided Yoga Nidra, one of the easiest forms of meditation.
